the location was perfect, right by bars n restaurants but still super quiet. the suite was really cool, loved the design n the kitchenette was a nice touch. parking was secure, which was great since our car was packed. staff were really friendly too!
the shower over bath setup could use a glass screen to avoid water everywhere. also, the stairs were pretty tough with luggage.

Spacious suite with a stylish kitchen layout. Noise from the room above made it hard to sleep. Excellent breakfast spread as well.

Totally recommend for a city holiday
Stylish suite, welcoming staff, beautifully decorated and very comfortable with an amazing breakfast that included the best French toast I've ever had and complimentary sherry and biscuits upon arrival.
Parking is somewhat difficult to secure due to limited availability, and the charges can be unexpectedly high.

the location was awsome, super close to bars and the harbour. the staff were super friendly and helpful, made us feel real welcome. our deluxe suite was nice and spacious, and comfy. breakfast had a ton of choices too, really enjoyed it!
the stairs to our suite were kinda steep and there was no lift, which was annoying. also, the cleanliness in some areas could’ve been better, like the bathroom and under the bed.

Had an awesome time with friends! We visited the nearby museum and enjoyed the city’s vibrant nightlife. The staff was super friendly, and the breakfast was fantastic. Don’t miss out on the cozy bar and terrace for a drink. Lots of complimentary goodies were a nice touch too!
We had a slight hiccup with noise from the room above us, waking us up early. But after reaching out, the manager acknowledged it and promised improvements. Not a deal-breaker, but something to keep in mind for light sleepers!

Comfortable Deluxe Suite with a Great Location
The location was fantastic, making it easy to explore Bristol. Our Deluxe Suite was spacious and well-appointed, offering a decent kitchenette and a cozy atmosphere. The breakfast selection was also impressive, with plenty of delicious options to start the day. the absence of an elevator made carrying luggage a bit of a challenge for some guests.

The Deluxe Suite boasts spacious living areas and stylish decor, perfect for kicking back after a day in the city. Proximity to local attractions offers plenty of options for entertainment just a short walk away.
The absence of an elevator is a hassle if you're on the upper floors, especially with heavy luggage. I encountered a few cleanliness issues such as dust around the bedside tables and a less-than-spotless bathroom. the projector setup was inconsistent, making movie nights less enjoyable than expected.
